Release 1.2.0.
* Added check_arcinfosys for monitoring ARIS and EGIIS.
* Added check_gridstorage for monitoring GridFTP, SRM, LFC, etc.
* More documentation.
* A few changes to the configuration. Notably the --vo option has
been replaced by --voms and certificates can be set per VOMS. Also
everything "arc-ce" is now "arcce", but with fall-back to the former.
